Family Foundations A Smile From Lacey

To give back to our community the Lacey Laskowski family foundations and friends are organizing a weekend event. The weekend will have tournaments, entertainment, food, scavenger hunt and a ½ marathon run.

As we enter into our second year of putting together “A Smile from Lacey” we want to take this opportunity to thank you for your participation in the 2010 events. In the first year, with your help, we were able to raise $13,000.00 for the foundation in honor of one of Lacey’s lasts wishes. Some of this money has gone toward helping one family with expenses while a loved one was in the hospital. We hope as the word gets out about our foundation that we will be able to help many more families in need.
With anything difficult in life, the first year is the hardest. For us the loss of Lacey was and still is a hard road, but putting together the Hope in Community events has been a blessing.  We’ve made some chances in this second year to make things better for you, the participants.  Of course input and suggestions from you are always welcome.  We hope you like the changes and come out to play with us again.
